PARTICIPATE IN ECOFESTIVAL 2006!

ECOFESTIVAL, the celebration of organic farming in Greece, is the meeting point for all parties interested in the rapidly increasing Greek organic market. Most of all, ECOFESTIVAL is the largest and most significant organic exhibition in Greece. A great variety of organic products from Greece and abroad such as olive oil, edible olives, wine, fresh and dry fruits and vegetables and many other traditional products, shall be presented. Many of them are well known in the international market.

The Exhibition will take place at the Exhibition Center Helexpo Palace in Athens / Greece (Kifissias Ave. 39, Maroussi) on November 16th – 19th 2006.

ECOFESTIVAL 2006 is being organized by DIO, the Greek Organization for the Inspection and Certification of Organic Products. DIO certifies according to the European Union Regulation 2092/91, the National Standards of the USDA and Quebec and its own standards based on the the ΙFOAM (International Federation of Organic Agricultural Movements) standards. It has been accredited with EN 45011 from 2001 and with USDA-NOP Standards. DIO is approved by the Greek Ministry of Rural Development and Food as an official organization of organic products’ inspection and certification.

ECOFESTIVAL 2006 is supported by AgriBioMediterraneo, the Mediterranean Regional Group of IFOAM (International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements).
